Wilde Law Firm has been serving agents through the facilitation of short sales since 2009. Our founding attorney, Steve Wilde, has been licensed as an attorney for more than 20 years. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and California, Steve draws from insight gained as a real estate closings lawyer as well as a real estate investor and instructor. His in-depth knowledge provides a solid foundation to make our firm the preeminent short sale resource in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Steve is one of most experienced and effective short sale negotiators in the country and has dedicated his time to serving and educating real estate agents. He stays abreast of lender guidelines and trends as well as updated legislation to continue facilitating short sales and pursuing short sale approvals. Real estate agents and their staff throughout North Carolina and South Carolina benefit from Steve’s informative short sale workshops.
Haley Sinclaire is an attorney with a focus on social justice and brings passion and humor to all she does. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law and studied History, Art History, and Social and Economic Justice at the University of North Carolina. Haley is licensed to practice law in Washington and also works as an independent contractor for nonprofits.
Haley has worked for Wilde Law Firm over the years first as a paralegal and then a law intern. She has the knowledge and the understanding of the short sale process to support the firm’s present clients as well as assist our expansion into new markets.
Paralegal Jodi Williams, our document and closing specialist, joined us in 2012 and manages the many components of a short sale with ease and expertise.
